Vahini a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) working collectively for welfare of women and children of the nation. We are registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI, 1860 /80G 12A Foundation/Charity based at New Delhi. Vahini Foundation is engaged in working for the betterment of Women and children. We with the help of the volunteers work together to provide a better future and our focus is to provide help in getting education and help them with the basic requirements of life such as awareness about medical , hygiene , and health to the deprived section of the society.
In rural as well as urban areas, women can still be seen in a pitiful condition. There is a need to impart education to them, empower them with necessary skills and help them find jobs so that they can mould their lives for the better. We make sure that a girl child gets proper education and medical facilities. With the support of our volunteers, we have been able to provide these facilities to the needy children of the society. Right to education is the fundamental right, which is permitted by the Constitution of India. We rigorously try to help in educating every child we come across from the weaker sections and for that we organize camps and workshops in various areas to create awareness about the importance of education in the society.
Further, we provide stationary to the underprivileged ones. Our main motive is to create awareness about education to the marginalised children and we are also working for creating awareness towards beti Bacaho and Beti Padao abhiyan.
Our purpose of existence is to enhance the lives of poverty driven children and women, and to offer them a positive direction and a healthier approach towards life. We always try to be a trustworthy, transparent and accountable organization with the aim towards a privileged future.
